The ladies are absolutely amazing and kind and courteous. I love how Min took me in and high lighted my hair with the colors I had expected. Min did exactly the same colors on the picture I showed her. She’s remarkably talented and very professional with her work and she and way of style. She accepted me with open arms even as she saw me on my wheelchair. She made sure I was comfortable and that I feel safe and secure. She was so funny and we talked about family. I think that’s a comforting way of sharing motherly moments of loving our families. Yes it may sound awkward talking about it but I felt trust and sincerity in our conversation. Then I met Raven she was simply sweet and caring and talking with her was enjoyable. I had told my daughter to come and get her trimmed and she enjoyed it. I loved it and it was perfect just like how I requested it. On my other side was Ms. Li she was absolutely friendly and so supportive of her co workers. These ladies are like sisters with the way I see them react towards each other. When Min finally finished my hair I was so happy and satisfied with the results. I felt proud and so excited I couldn’t wait to show my family. I ended buying the products even though it was expensive but it was worth it. Even Min was so helpful in to helping me pick out the best product fit for my hair. I’m taking my entire family from now on especially at this Supercuts to see these wonderful ladies. I am so thankful and so grateful I blessed my hair dresser and her super friendly co workers with a generous tip for such a beautiful job. I will go back there again and support their friendly shop in which will become my families new place to go to get their hair done. Thank you kindly Min for your kind patience and for meeting the entire group of amazing women. Thank you all for treating me and my daughter like family. Went on a Sunday morning. No wait. They looked to have 2 people working. I took my son for a quick shave around the sides of his head. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Asked me for my input twice which I appreciated. Place was clean and they had the Seahawks game on so that's a plus. If I need anything more complex done in the future, I would be back but I won't be for this particular thing because $25 is to much for what we had done. I get that its likely their lowest price and I don't fault them for it in today's economy but I'll just buy a clipper set on Amazon for 30 and do it myself. I will be back for my own cuts though. 🙂
